Course description
This intermediate, non-technical course is designed for business professionals at AWS Partner Network (APN) organizations who engage with customers to migrate their enterprise IT workloads to AWS at scale. In this course, you will learn about the value proposition for migrating to the AWS Cloud and how to build a migration practice with AWS. You will also explore the three phases of a migration – Assess, Mobilize, and Migrate and Modernize. In addition, the course describes how to build a business case, explains business drivers, and presents sample sales approaches. The course concludes with an assessment to demonstrate your knowledge.
